If you need a visa to come to Sweden, please contact us before sending your enrolment form.

To enroll, please:

1. Send your enrolment form plus the 35 $ or 30 € or 300 SEK, enrollment fee. The enrollment fee is not refundable and is not included in the course price.
2. Make a down payment of 2000 SEK or pay the entire course fee.
3. Complete our pre evaluation test, if you enroll for level 2, 3 or 4. The language test will be sent to you via e-mail after we have received your down payment / payment.
You will then receive a confirmation and receipt, as well as details as to how to proceed upon arrival to Uppsala.

The entire course fee must be paid no later than six weeks before the beginning of the course: i.e. at the latest by May 5 for the course beginning on June 19 and by May 26 for the course beginning on July 10.

If you pay the course fee before 1st of February, you will get a price reduction of 5%.

The organizer reserves the right to minor changes in the course programme.

All bank charges will be your responsability. Please make sure that you send the right amount of SEK.

Reimbursement

Upon withdrawal earlier than eight weeks before the course starts, the entire course fee will be refounded.
Upon withdrawal between eight to four weeks before the course starts, 50% of the course fee will be refounded.
For withdrawal less than four weeks before the course starts, there will be no refund.
For withdrawal during the course, there will be no refund.

Insurance

Make sure that you have full insurance coverage for your stay in Sweden.
